Q. What is the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart?
A. To make a very long story short, it is the era of history that will come after the Holy Father together with all the Catholic bishops consecrate Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. That era will be marked with a great number of conversions and worldwide peace.
In 1917, the Blessed Virgin appeared six times to three shepherd children in Fatima, Portugal. On July 13 of that year, she revealed to the children (in the presence of 5,000 witnesses, who saw only a cloud and the effects of the Virgin Mary's presence, such as rustling the leaves of the tree she stood on in the same direction when she left) one secret in three parts, the third of which has yet to be released to this day.
This is the second part of the Secret: the Virgin Mary told the children after showing them a vision of hell, "You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace. The war is going to end; but if people do not cease offending God, a worse one will break out during the reign of Pius XI. When you see a night illumined by an unknown light, know that this is the great sign given you by God that He is about to punish the world for its crimes by means of war, famine, and persecutions of the Church and of the Holy Father.
"To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. If My requests are heeded, Russia will be converted and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world."
The Requests of Our Lady of Fatima, including the daily Rosary, conspicuous devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the First Saturday Communions of Reparation, and the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Pope with the bishops were given by Heaven as means of allaying the punishments that man has earned by his sinfulness. The Blessed Virgin has told us what will happen if her requests are heeded.
If her requests are done:
Many souls will be saved
There will be an period of peace
Russia will be converted
If her requests are not done:
A worse war will break out during the reign of Pius XI (the wheels were in motion for WWII by the time Pope Pius XI died in 1939)

God put His signature on the urgency of this Message with a miracle: the famous dance of the sun on October 13, 1917.
In 1936, One of the child seers, Lucia, was a nun in Spain at the outbreak of the Spanish Civil War. As the Pope at the time (Pius XI) was not interested in this revelation, Sister Lucia asked God why He would not convert Russia without the papal/episcopal Consecration of Russia, Jesus appeared to her and said, "Because I want My whole Church to acknowledge this Consecration as a Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, so that later on, (the Church) will place devotion to her Immaculate Heart beside devotion to My Sacred Heart."
